The jobholder is responsible for implementing and maintaining reasonable assurance of systems and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and maintenance of quality standards.
Main Job Duties
Assist in the implementation of the audit plan and perform follow up audit.
Lead by example and ensure that departments and individuals adhere to S.O. Ps relevant to their Jobs
Follow QMS by ensuring that records are established and maintained
Inspect issues of stock transfer between branches and document any deviations or discrepancies’
Responsible for monitoring stock and update of stock register of department
Conduct risk assessment of assigned department within expected time lines
Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the general SOPs are followed
Prepare reports to highlight issues and distribute the reports to your line manager or superiors
Set and maintain system for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval and retention of records and assets
Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality management
Carry out routine inspections at the warehouses, wholesale and retail outlets and report on any deviations or non-conformance
Support the implementation of quality control policies and other changes in policies that may occur
Respond to basic day to day enquiries on quality control issues and other matters
Perform other duties as assigned
