Sales Executives

Main Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the companies market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to sales team members.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as supply chain and regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

 

Required Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,  or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must have at least 1 year of working experience in related field.
