Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Manager. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Duties include managing and managing and mentoring a team, developing and implementing operational procedures analyzing financial reports identifying areas for improvement and fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Strategic planning operational management, and financial management skills
Leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
Experience in implementing effective operational procedures
Experience in change management and organizational development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Senior Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
Experience in a professional services or HR services company is a plus
