We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Administration to lead and optimize our administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all administrative processes and providing high-level support to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize all administrative operations and office management functions, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Develop and implement efficient systems for scheduling, record-keeping, and comprehensive information management.
Manage high-level correspondence, establish communication protocols, and cultivate strong stakeholder relations.
Provide strategic administrative support to executive leadership and various departments, contributing to overall organizational effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all relevant office procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in a senior administrative or managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks.
Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on operational excellence and process improvement.
