The Key Accounts Manager will be the focal point of contact for all key account matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the department to ensure deadlines for clients are met, and help the customers succeed. Meet clients face to face to provide education and promote the business through presentations and other account analysis. Proactively contact clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities by developing new relationships with potential clients.
